Our Fees
Mediation Information & Assessment Meeting (MIAM)
£125 per person for each initial meeting
Mediation Sessions
For a joint mediation meeting the fee is £250 per person
Co-Parenting Support
For a co-parenting support meeting the fee is £250 per person
Voucher Scheme & Legal Aid
With the support of the government we can apply for a voucher of £500 towards mediation sessions that involve children
We do not offer Legal Aid. If you think that you might be eligible, we can signpost you to a mediation service that offers it
Documents
For a brief Statement of Outcome for children’s issue cases the cost is £75 per person or £150 per person for a comprehensive Parenting Plan
For finance cases the cost is £250 per person for the documents.
These being the Open Financial Statement £125 per person and the Memorandum of Understanding, £125 per person. These can be turned into a Consent Order by your solicitors
For complex financial cases, your mediator will discuss the fees with you during your MIAM meetings
